Due to the handmade nature and limited production of our vessels, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, as each piece is made to order and can take months to produce. However, depending on the circumstances, we may consider a refund.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS with tracking included, and eco-friendly, secure packaging to protect your items.

• Minor variations in texture, color, shape, or size may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos and details so we can make it right.
