Please Note: These vessels are handmade, and slight variations in texture, color, size, or shape are natural and part of their unique charm. Because we use 100% natural soy wax, you may also notice minor discoloration or surface texture—a characteristic of pure soy and its eco-friendly nature.

Due to the handmade nature and limited production of our vessels, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, as each piece is made to order and can take months to produce. However, depending on the circumstances, we may consider a refund.
